How to reach a person

Write to support@ledgr.mobi. A person reads it. We answer within one business day, and we tell you what we are doing rather than sending an acknowledgement.

Include your account email address. We cannot look up an account without it, and asking for it costs a day.

Before you write, these answer most questions

• Cancel or change your subscription — see the refund and cancellation policy.
• Delete your account and everything in it — account deletion.
• What we hold and who sees it — privacy policy.
• The terms you are on — terms of use.

Getting your records out

You never need us to do this for you: More → Your books → Download exports everything as a PDF, and the invoice and transaction lists export separately. Do that before you cancel or delete anything.

A tax figure looks wrong

Tell us the figure, the period, and what you expected — Ledgr shows its working, so send the screen you are looking at and we can follow the same sum. Ledgr calculates from SARS rules; it does not file on your behalf, and it is not a substitute for advice from your accountant on anything unusual.
