Refund and cancellation policy

The trial

Ledgr starts with a free trial. You are not charged during it and you do not need to cancel anything if you decide not to continue — the app simply becomes read-only when the trial ends.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from More → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep full access until then.

If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed by Apple to your App Store account, and Apple — not us — controls them. Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on the device, at least a day before the renewal date; cancelling only inside Ledgr will not stop an Apple charge.

For the same reason we cannot refund an Apple charge ourselves. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com, which is Apple's own refund route. If Apple turns you down and you believe the charge was our error, write to support@ledgr.mobi and we will take it up with them.

Refunds

If you cancel part-way through a month we do not refund the remainder of that month — you keep the service you paid for until it ends.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, write to support@ledgr.mobi and we will refund it in full. We would rather fix a wrong charge than argue about it. (Apple charges are the exception above: those go through Apple.)

If you stop paying

Your records are never deleted for non-payment. The app becomes read-only: you can read and export everything, you just cannot add to it until you subscribe again.
